Quality - controls

We respect the highest European standards to meet the evermore increasing expectations for quality from our clients, having obtained the certification that certifies the quality of all our lines of production and that our processes respect the environment.

We have, in our constant striving for improvement, obtained in 2003 the certification norm UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, as well as having respected the previous norm UNI EN ISO 9002:84. The most significant difference is the move to an approach that is based on the bettering of managerial and organisational procedures, this permitting the company to improve its objectives and its efficiency. Among the better aspects compared to the previous norm is the greater emphasis on continual improvement and client satisfaction.

As we have been operating for more than 10 years in the automotive sector, we have to respect the rigid controls foreseen by the norm UNI EN ISO TS16949:2002, a norm reserved for the automotive sector, a certification which we expect to obtain shortly.

From the moment we receive the request for the design of a new product, the making of a sample and finally the production, each phase is studied and supported by systematic tests and controls, all rigidly documented (PPAP sample production, FMEA process, SPC statistical process control), all of which makes us the ideal partner to produce car components.
